What is the Return Policy?
We are committed to your complete satisfaction with our products. Therefore, we accept return requests within 7 working days from the date of receiving your order, provided that the products are in their completely original condition and have not been opened or used in any way.

Return Conditions & Fees:

1. Defective or Wrong Item:
If you receive a wrong product or one with a manufacturing defect, we take full responsibility. You will receive a full refund without any deduction for shipping fees.

2. Change of Mind (Non-Defective):
If the product is intact and in its original condition but you wish to return it, the return will be accepted. You will be refunded the product value only, minus the original shipping fees + the return shipping fees.

Important Note: We apologize that we cannot accept return requests for opened or used products (unless there is a defect in the product itself).

Post-Request Steps:
1. We will arrange for a courier to pick up the return order from your address.
2. Once we receive and inspect the products, the due amount (according to the cases mentioned above) will be refunded within 14 working days.
